Hi, please ensure you that ipv6 is enabled on your Sangfor's Ngaf.
to check and enable it, here's the steps:

Login: Access the device via the default IP address.

Enable IPv6: Go to System > Network and enable IPv6.

Configure Interfaces: Navigate to Network > Interfaces, select the interface, and set the IPv6 address.

Hello Dear

It seems that the issue you are facing with clients losing internet connectivity after disabling the IPV6 Protocol may be related to firewall settings. When dealing with a scenario where the problem is spreading to multiple PCs, it is crucial to consider if any firewall rules are affecting the connectivity.

To resolve the issue, check the firewall settings on the affected PCs to ensure that IPV6 traffic is allowed through. By disabling the IPV6 Protocol, you may have inadvertently triggered a firewall rule that is blocking necessary traffic for internet connectivity.

Review the firewall rules and make sure that there are no specific rules blocking IPV6 traffic or impacting general internet access. You may need to create new firewall rules to explicitly allow IPV6 traffic or adjust existing rules to accommodate the changes made to the network configuration.

Additionally, consider implementing network monitoring tools to track the flow of traffic and identify any specific patterns or anomalies that could be causing the connectivity issues. By analyzing network traffic, you can pinpoint where the problem lies and take appropriate action to rectify it.

My Issue is I have to disable IPV6 individually to keep the internet running.

Many firewalls are configured primarily for IPv4 and may block or misroute IPv6 traffic if not properly set up. Pls make sure that your firewall rules are either configured to allow IPv6 traffic or that IPv6 is disabled on the firewall altogether if it isn't needed.

Hi,
Go to Firewall -> Settings -> Advanced and enable "Allow IPv6". This will disable the system rule. Even though you are enabling IPv6 here
