Synology Backup dont work after applying Network Security Policy

Hi, i have made a rule that prevents outbound access but only allow outbound for synology backup, but when we apply Network Security Policy Backup Stops working, and it says pause from Synology drive. Any insights? Thanks

Even though you've allowed outbound access for Synology, its possible that certain necessary services or ports (like for authentication or communication with Synologys cloud servers) are being inadvertently blocked.

Hi, have you tried to perform a precise traffic analysis on troubleshooting section of NGAF? Perhaps, on some traffic, the allow policy you create don't match properly.
