Since you have already added port number 9339, you need to identify and block the specific application protocols used by Clash of Clans. Usually, Clash of Clans uses UDP protocol on port 9339, so you should add a rule to block UDP traffic on port 9339.

Now that port 9339 has been enabled, you must determine and disable the particular application protocols that Clash of Clans uses. You should add a rule to prevent UDP traffic on port 9339 since Clash of Clans typically uses the UDP protocol on that port.

Please ensure that the application signature for Clash of Clans is updated in your NGAF device and try blocking by the application name instead of just the port number.
