Product Version
Product: HCI
Version: 6.9.1
Issue Description
we are running Multiple Hypervisors in our environment, sometimes we need to move the machine from HCI to VMware.

Handling Process
Fortunately, Sangfor HCI is providing an export option for VM. You can export any VM in OVA and VMA, after that, you can import in VMware as a template.

Solution
First, you need to take the clone of the existing VM which is on HCI and you want to Move on to VMware.
The purpose of taking the clone of the VM is to protect from degrading machine performance between exporting templates because if you try to export the OVA/VMA template from the running machine it might degrade the machine performance.
Login to HCI

Click on Compute

Choose the Machine which you want to move on VMWare and Click on More.

Then click on the Export option.

It will ask for an export format. Select the OVA format and click on Export.

Now it will start exporting the OVA file.

After completing the process, open the VMware client and log in.

Now go to the File Tab.

Click on Deploy OVF Template.

Click on Browse to select the exported template and then Next and Finish.
After completing the process, you will see you exported VM in the VMware environment, which was on Sangfor HCI.
