Hi,which device you can't login anymore? on some of them, yo can perform factory reset of the device to restore admin credentials.

To reset admin password,
1) create a new text file, name it "reset-password.txt".
2) Format the USB drive to FAT32.
3) Copy the "reset-password.txt" to the FAT32 USB Drive.
4) Power off IAG
5) Plug in the USB drive to Sangfor IAG
6) power on IAG after plugging in the USB Drive.
7) Wait for IAG  boot up.
8) login to IAG web page, admin Password will be reset to default "admin".
9) unplug USB drive
