Hi, reding this, it seems that you ha ve some issues about network storage connection that fail the precheck before upgrading. Better perform first on VMP web ui an active health scan and see the results.
Is this answer helpful?

Hi
Sangfor support helped me by "adjusting" some storage issue (on VS and on VDI). There wasn't real network issue

Now all works fine

Thank you
