It is a network connectivity issues. DNS resolution problems or insufficient permissions between the old and new console environments. Ensure that both consoles can communicate over required ports (typically 443 and 8443) that endpoints can resolve and reach the new console IP (Y.Y.Y.Y) and that there are no firewall or proxy restrictions. Verify that the migration script has appropriate execution rights and that both consoles are correctly synchronized in terms of certificates and authentication settings.
