Reinstall failures on macOS are often caused by leftover files, missing permissions, or security settings blocking the installation. Completely removing the previous client, restarting the Mac, and checking the installation logs and required permissions usually helps resolve the issue before attempting a fresh install.

Hello, first, confirm that edr has network permission given in the permissions area of the Mac settings. Can the edr management console and the edr agent communicate? As far as I'm aware, the MAS OS versions listed below are currently supported: 13.x, 10.13.x, 10.14.x, 10.15.x, 11.x, 12.x, and 13.x

Issues with shared versions can be resolved by ensuring they remain compatible across various macOS releases.

The challenges of using shared versions can be addressed through compatibility with different versions of macOS.
