Hello, cannot book the exam, after book Go To Labs,
Error message :　ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Writtern exam is fine but hands-on lab blocked my connection .

Check if you have a stable connection and try to refresh the browser

HiBro,

Pls try to use other network connection to connect the exam.
I was same problem found in my office network(WiFi or LAN), than I try to share the WiFi form my mobile or back to home to using home's WiFi, there is no problem.
I guess some TCP or Portis blocked from company firewall.

Pls try again by other network connection, hope you can successful & pass the Exam.

Try to refresh connection, clear cache and change browser

Thanks all of suggestion.I had failed to access HOL by Feb 10, 11 and 12.
And same happened after clear all cookies, change IP, configure lower privacy level in browser, change browser types, disable firewall and anti-virus sw,, use mobile and laptop, connect company and home network.

Finally, Feb 13 can access HOL without do anything,
Then, today Feb 14 I cannot access the HOL page again by using laptop (home network) and mobile (mobile network).

I'm wondering the issue caused by my side?

Hi, I can access HOL today.

VNC console keep to connect server 1 min., result fail to connect server
