Error : Failed to convert configuration creator. When join BBC
I have problem when i want to join bbc. Just upgrade NGAF from 8.0.23 - 8.0.26 - now 8.0.47NGAF Version 8.0.47BBC Version : CM2.5.26
Message test : Successful

Can you please elaborate the issue/problem that you encounter. Or just restart the NGAF and do restore of configuration Please elaborate the issue Kindly check your BBC version if its upgradeable also. Thank you. Please thoroughly check the compatible version of BBC for the integration Before upgrading any firmware, the golden rule is you must backup first so that if anything happens to your appliance you may revert back to a working state. After reverting to the old/working state you may try now BBC configuration creator to prove that the latest version has something to do with it. You can downgrade one firmware down with the stable configuration You can return to the last well known good configuration of fimware Problem solved after do factory reset then re-join BBC. But need to go on-site to reset.
