【IAG Product Warning】IAM or IAG's Licensing page shows unable connect to server warning
Last edited by CTI SC 13 Jun 2022 08:57.Issue Description:IAG licensing page shows the following word."This device information cannot be obtained from Sangfor Licensing Server. Therefore, the license may not be automatically updated. Please confirm the equipment authorization ASAP.
Error/Warning Logs:"This device information cannot be obtained from Sangfor Licensing Server. Therefore, the license may not be automatically updated. Please confirm the equipment authorization ASAP."
Solution:Kindly contact the tech support team to solve the issue. kindly check your appliance if it can access the internet or you just need to wait a few minutes to sync its license in the internet. what is the causes for this error/warning log to be pop up and the impact toward the device? This is not required as this was done manualy, and no need to sync from server. License work properly without any issue. Thank you for the heads up.
