Trigger Condition:
[*]Configure the IPS policy, or configure the antivirus policy.
[*]There is a smb trafficin the environment, and the smb error type exists in the flow as figure shown below:
Root Cause:
These smb traffic can cause memory leaks and cause device hang.
How to check if the problem exists in a device:
[*]Configure the IPS policy, or configure the antivirus policy.
[*]Smb traffic exists in the network.
[*]Check the black box, mem file show memory has been reducing, dmesg or messages file exists oom logs, and exist failmsg logs.
