Dear Sangfor Support,

My Customer can not login to sangfor iam page, there is a message "Failed to read config files of user and group".
Please help for the solution, thanks

Yes, I managed to login to the device after I reboot the sangfor device. But my customer wants to know why not happen again.

A remote session has been done by the sangfor team, and is in the process of analyzing. The result of the analysis did not find the log issue that happened, and it is better if the problem is on the spot when the issue happened again.
