IAM logs - fastest way to delete

lanzailan Lv1Posted 02 Jan 2020 16:34

Hi,
We are updating our IAM's firmware, which is a lot of boxes to be updated.
Current firmware are 4.0/4.1.
Before Sangfor support do the upgrade. I think it's best for me to clear the logs which could speed up the upgrading process.
Any way to do that? Since I obviously can't cli or ssh the appliance, can I clear them from Internal Data Center?

Hi Sir, yes you can delete the logs in Internal Data center under System Management > Log Library Management > Log Library Search.
