Hi,

I configured 2 WANO devices from different network, good thing the vpn connectivity is okay, the 2 devices are connected, my problem is how can i ping the HQ's laptop if i am in the network Branch? how to troubleshoot?

In this case, kindly check for the local subnet configuration.
You may try to add the IP segment into the local subnet.
Add HQ segment in HQ WANO and add Branch segment in Branch WANO.

Please check your PC's windows firewall. Please disable it for a while then check. Including the Public Network Firewall

Hi Michael,

i already turned off my pc's firewall but still cant. ping to the HQ's pc. is it in my pc only or with the HQ's pc also to be turned off?
below is my sample topology, I am on the Branch PC.

Hi, are you able to ping HQ laptop with the HQ PC?
If the PC in HQ also unable to ping HQ laptop, it will be impossible for Branch to ping.
By default ping is not allow for the Windows.
Kindly make sure the PC you wish to ping is allow for ping(ICMP).
